| The 8160 Flutter Meter delivers quality, economy, and accuracy of performance. The 8160 is an all solid-state instrument designed for use in a variety of test applications where reliable measurements of flutter is required. Measures flutter as a percentage of peak or rms on a large easy-to-read meter with scales of 0.3, 1.0, and 3.0. For added versatility, banana jacks for oscilloscope output on front-panel and flutter on rear-panel are also provided. |
