The 1510 Frequency Doubler is used with signal sources in the range of 7.5 to 10.5GHz to convert them to signal generators in the 15 to 21GHz range. The circuit is completely passive, so that no line or battery power is required for operation. Output power of 0 to -100 dBm Conversion loss is < 18 dB.
