The 5950A Crystal Impedance Meter is designed to measure the effective resistance of piezoelectric crystals at both resonance and at anti-resonance, as indicated by zero phase shift. When equipped with the 254A RF Module (sold separately), the 5950A covers from 2.5kHz to 4.5MHz. Crystal resistance ranges of 200-ohms, 2, 20, and 400 kohms are selectable via a front-panel control. Maximum power level of 10 mW from 1.5MHz to 4.0MHz (15 to 200-ohm range). Price for Meter only.
