Tektronix AA5001 The AA5001 Programmable Distortion

The AA5001 Programmable Distortion Analyzer provide fully automated measurement of level, total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD + N), and intermodulation distortion. The unit is GPIB compatible and is fully programmable. The instrument provides dB-ratio measurement referencing either to 774.6 mV (1 mW in 600-ohms) or to a selected applied signal. The fundamental frequency range is 10Hz to 100kHz, with harmonic measurements to 300kHz. The unit is designed for use in TM5000- Series Power Mainframe.
